Darfield & Wombwell Then & Now

Darfield and Wombwell Then & Now offers the reader a comprehensive overview of life as it has changed from the coalmining communities of decades past through to the modern developments of the present day. The coal mines are long gone but have not been forgotten, and a good deal of continuity is evident, despite the loss of so many buildings through demolition and redevelopment.
