Brush Lettering winner in the Creative Book Awards

We’re excited to announce that Brush Lettering: Create beautiful calligraphy with brushes and brush pens by Rebecca Cahill-Roots has won the Best Calligraphy & Lettering Book category in the Creative Book Awards.

Millie Marotta’s Secrets of the Sea by bestselling colouring book author Millie Marotta and Contemporary Paper Marbling by Lucy McGrath were awarded Highly Commended in the Colouring Book and Papercraft Book categories respectively.

The Creative Book Awards is a newly launched award organised by craft magazine publisher Aceville. With a total of 10 categories, the Creative Book Award aims to ‘highlight creative titles that crafters will love to read, and will support their creative journey too. Selected by a panel of judges including well-loved authors and craft experts, these are books that creatives can confidently suggest to their peers and share with like-minded hobbyists; perfect for exploring in the workshop, studio or simply to enjoy at home.’
