Millie Marotta Golden Ticket Promotion: Terms & Conditions
The Millie Marotta Golden Ticket instant-win promotion requires purchase of Millie Marotta’s Precious Planet to enter. There is no additional fee to enter. The golden ticket promotion is promoted through the following retailers in the United Kingdom: Cass Art, Ryman, Waterstones and WH Smiths. The golden ticket promotion is also promoted in New Zealand. There are 7 prizes to be won in the UK and 1 prize to be won in New Zealand. (As well as 2 prizes promoted by international publishing partners.)
The prize value is over £1000 and includes:
- A signed original artwork by Millie Marotta
- A set of 72 Faber-Castell Polychromos Colouring Pencils
- A copy of Millie Marotta’s Wild Savannah Deluxe Edition
- A signed copy of Millie Marotta’s Animal Kingdom
- A Millie Marotta-themed Faber-Castell drawing pad
Winners will be notified immediately by the presence of a golden ticket in their purchased copy of Millie Marotta’s Precious Planet. Winners will need to claim their prize online. There is no cost associated with claiming the prize.
The prizes are non-transferable. There are no cash alternatives. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are incomplete, illegible, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Proof of purchase is required.
The promotion is launched in October 2024. The last date to claim the prize is 6 January 2026.
Employees, agents, contractors or consultants of Batsford and participating retailers, their families or anyone professionally or otherwise connected with the promotion are not entitled to enter.
Proof of a sent email is not accepted as proof of claim. Claims will only be considered if received in accordance with these terms and conditions. Batsford is not responsible for any failure of websites, technical malfunctions, technical problems, traffic congestion, viruses, bugs, delays or any combination thereof. Batsford reserves the right to cancel or suspend a prize draw or competition if a virus, bug or other unexpected cause that could corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest is found. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the prize draw or competition is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Batsford reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Prizes are subject to availability and Batsford reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of similar value. Images used to promote the Golden Ticket promotion are for illustration only. Prizes remain the property of Batsford until the winner has accepted the prize. Batsford reserves the right to withdraw or amend any offers, at any time, without notice. Entry into the promotion signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Our prize draws and these terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
