This book is a collection of some of Claire’s favourite traditional recipes, as they used to be cooked and still are to this day – but with her own personal embellishments. There’s roast grouse, pâté, poached salmon and traditional Scottish cakes like the Dundee cake and butterscotch tart. All interspersed with some beautiful photographs of Scottish Highland scenery and wildlife.
