Royal Mail First Class: £3.50
Royal Mail Second Class: £2.50

Free delivery for orders over £50.

We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Orders are processed via our Hackney Road shop on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. In-stock items will be dispatched by the following processing day. In the event that we have to order in items from the warehouse, the turnaround time will be longer.

Collection

Free click and collect from B.T. Batsford, 266 Hackney Road, London, E2 7SJ. We’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect. If your item/s are in stock, collection can be as soon as same day. If we need to order your item/s in from the warehouse, it can take up to 5 working days before you can collect your items.

Returns

Items purchased via our webshop can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items need to be unread/unopened, undamaged and in a resalable condition. Customers will need to pay for any postage of returning the goods. If you’d like to make a return, please contact us on shop@batsfordbooks.com stating the item/s you wish to return, the reason for the return, and whether you wish to make an exchange or would like to request a refund. Any refunds will be paid back to the card used for the original payment.
